Rachel Slavin / Catering Event Sales Manager


Rachel is our Corporate and Social Event Planning expert.  Along with our in-house professional Catering and Event Teams – Rachel and team are experienced in every aspect of what it takes to secure, coordinate and execute the most sophisticated and seamless events.  Rachel has brought her extensive experience with Corporate and Event planning to the Elegance Ballroom, Residence Inn by Marriott and the Hilton Garden Inn in Riverhead.


Rachel has worked with high end clients creating the finest of events. She previously has worked as the Catering Event and Member Sales Director at the Seawane Country Club. Prior to that position, Rachel was the  Director of Private Events and Catering Sales at The Woodmere Club, along with Tam O’Shanter Country Club  (both managed by Troon Properties).  This is where Rachel was on site at both properties coordinating all Private events, Kosher events, and Member events.  Rachel was the Banquet and Catering Sales Manager at The Sands of Lido Beach.  Whether it is small or large, executing each event to perfection is her specialty. Rachel doesn’t miss a beat when it comes to making each affair her priority. She has experience also working for an event planner, N Gott Designs, creating one of a kind décor and designs. In addition, Rachel has years of Corporate Event planning for companies such as Canon USA and The Rego Corporation, where she also designed fine Chinaware and worked on very upscale Gallery displays. This is where Rachel began to fall in love with various mediums of design.


She pays meticulous attention to detail and has a strong passion for designing “unique events”. Rachel has helped to plan every detail of any Wedding, Communion, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Social or Corporate Event, and Fundraiser that she is working on, a complete success! In addition, she brings an abundance of experience in Sales and Customer Service.  Rachel’s warmth and charm can be felt from the second you meet with her. She will address your individual need and make sure you feel like your event is the only one in the world.

Chef Wayne Bode/ Executive Chef


Chef Wayne is one of the most gifted Chefs to arrive on Long Island in some time. Chef Wayne recently left the W Hotel in NYC and prior to that he was at the Plaza Hotel in NYC and the Maxwell Hotel in NYC.  Chef Wayne’s philosophy is to use the finest of ingredients in his dishes. His flare and creativity, diversity and imagination and proven track record of executing only the highest of eye catching plates is what make us very excited and thrilled to have him as our Executive Chef! Our most recent clients from Corporate to Wedding events were very impressed!
