I held my daughter’s Sweet 16 in the Elegance Ballroom and it was everything I could have hoped for and more! Rachel and her staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond with just about anything we asked of them. The food selection they offered us was also fantastic. They definitely elevated my expectations for venues going forward.

Several members of my law firm and I recently spent almost two months in Riverhead for business. For those reading this that travel, you will understand that extended stays in hotels can be challenging. However, our experience at the Hotel made being away from home just a little bit easier. Our trip required that we utilize a conference room for the duration of our stay, and Rachel, the catering events sales manager, was responsive when booking and extremely accommodating of all of our needs throughout the stay. Additionally, the staff at the hotel was terrific. Victoria, at the front desk, was constantly checking on us to ensure we had everything we needed, even if it was just a strong cup of coffee at 4 AM. She never hesitated to make our stay just a little bit easier. The front desk staff was also very accommodating at all hours. Wes, the evening front desk clerk, and Ashely, one of the daytime front desk personnel, were especially helpful. Finally, one of the most challenging aspects of extended travel is finding decent food. Chef Wayne and the staff at the HGI has elevated typical hotel fair to restaurant quality cuisine. It was great to have delicious food options available just a few steps away from our conference room. Our overall experience was outstanding. If you find yourself in the area, I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn for your hotel stay and any event needs you may have.

Retirement Dinner Dance at the Elegance Ballroom: All the invited quest had a wonderful time. Chef Wayne and his staff did a wonderful job. The food was excellent and plentiful! Vince, Robert and their staff was great. Everyone that I dealt with was great.

Rachel and team were very good and supportive helping plan the perfect After Party for our wedding. The hotel staff was professional and polite. We had pre paid catering and booked a Karaoke DJ. The actual space was a great size given our numbers and we all had a great time!

The catering staff was wonderful. The food was great for the breakfast and lunch, and the staff very helpful. But where they shined was the two special receptions. The staff went above and beyond to make the receptions better than we expected. The first night, we did a beer tasting with flight boards and local craft brews, sources by the hotel. The service was outstanding and people also loved the pretzel bites and pizza. The outdoor firepit was the perfect location. Our second reception was a wine tasting and small tasting glasses with the winery logo were brought in just for the event. The food pairings were perfect -- especially the bacon wrapped scallops! We appreciated the hotel's willingness to bring a "taste of long Island" to us as leaving the hotel proved quite challenging with both Covid restrictions as well the wedding season. The client and sponsors were very happy. The elegance ballroom is very pretty and we used it as a classroom. There is a quite a lot of light in the space and the shades don't completely darken it, so we though daytime presentations might be a bit challenging. However, the huge screen and top-of-the line projector allowed the presentations to be viewed without a problem. We'd also highly recommend Mike Kouros and his staff at Bravo sound. We purchased the workshop video package for our hybrid event, and were blown away by the professionalism. Thanks again for helping us to offer a great event despite the many challenges of a hybrid meeting!

The Elegance Ballroom completely exceeded expectations. Rachel Slavin was wonderful from beginning to end and sincerely cared about making our wedding the best day. All of the catering staff was very attentive throughout our wedding and made sure our drinks were full the entire time. Rachel was so detail oriented and asked questions we didn't even realize were important. The wedding package she put together with outside vendors took a lot of stress away from the wedding experience since they were really great to work with. During the wedding, our bridal attendant: Mary  Anderle was such an asset to have alongside us. Anything we needed, Mary got it done immediately. In July, 2021 I had a post nuptial breakfast for my son and daughter in law, for about 150 people. We arranged the celebration with Rachel Slavin and I couldn't have been happier. She was helpful, making great suggestions for food, reserving the perfect size event space, as well as making sure that everything went smoothly on that day. Her team was also great, and the chef was very accommodating with my ideas and requests. Rachel was always easily accessible by email or phone. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do any kind of celebration for either a small or large group. They definitely work with you to assure that you have the event that you are looking for.

We held our 3 day event in the Elegance Ballroom, located at the Residence Inn Long Island East End.. Being from out of state I set my event up via email and the phone. During that time Rachel went out of her way to be accommodating, at one she even facetimed me the venue so that I could get a visual. Upon arrival and walked thru the door, Rachel and her staff could not have been nicer. Extremely accommodating and helpful. The set up that se had determined over the phone were set and ready for our setup, we realized that we needed to make the floor bigger and the staff was ready and able to get to work and fix it. Rachel and staff checked in with us each day and when we needed something they were never too far away and promptly worked on our issue. The room itself was beautiful, the lobby area was spacious and the outside patio added an extra area to socialize. We can't wait to return 2022!!! I would give it a PLATINUM rating!!

Wonderful efficient staff, beautiful room and outstanding food! The Chamber of Commerce most recently held the awards ceremony for Chamber Tank in the main ballroom and the staff and management went out of their way in creating a very special night for all the Riverhead High School students, faculty and their guests. The Residence Inn Long Island East End is an extremely valued and involved member of the chamber.

Everything was wonderful. The hotel was very accommodating in helping us, especially after having to reschedule our wedding twice, which I truly appreciated. Rachel Slavin and the staff were very friendly and professional. They were always checking in with us to make sure everything was ok. The venue was beautiful. We had a smaller wedding and thought the space would have looked too empty but the way everything was set up made it look really wonderful. The guests raved about the food. The cocktail hour food was especially impressive, some of our guests thought it was the dinner! We ordered the chicken marsala and the flank steak and both were very good. All of our guests made a point to tell us how good the food was, I was very pleased and impressed with how everything turned out and all of our guests had a wonderful time. It couldn't have gone better.

I can not say enough about our experience at the Elegance Ballroom! We had the most perfect day! Everyone was so helpful from planning to details to suggestions and making sure everything was perfect the day of. The ballroom was beautiful, the cocktail hour was wonderful, the food was amazing. I still have people telling me what a beautiful wedding it was and how delicious the food was. I was able to stay at the hotel the night before and got ready in the Diamond Suite which is absolutely beautiful. Also my husband and the guys got ready in the Den Suite which was perfect. The location is great, there are so many beautiful places near by to take pictures. So many great things about this venue, you wont be disappointed! Make sure you also check out the photographer who is partnered with the venue…. Fade To Black New York Inc… they were amazing!

East End Elegance I cannot say enough great things about East End Elegance! They made our day absolutely PERFECT! I started my day in the bridal suite getting ready the room is gorgeous and anything I needed they delivered! All of the staff was attentive, friendly, and just so very nice to the point I’ll miss them now that our big day is over. The food was AMAZING!! I cannot tell you how many of our guests told us the food was phenomenal! The cocktail hour space and reception hall are stunning and they made it look better than I could imagine. I could go on and on all day!!! If you’re planning a wedding go to East End Elegance at the Marriott see Faith! You will not be disappointed!!
